This is detailed in a joint investigation by \u201cSlidstvo.Info\u201d and KibOrg.<\/p>\n<p>According to the materials of the hearing of the so-called Arbitration Court of Crimea on February 2, 2026, Estate Holding Group is demanding the return of a number of properties in the village of Simeiz (Yalta) with a total area of over 20,000 <sup>m\u00b2<\/sup>, which are currently owned by Rad-Ev. Specifically, this includes an unfinished building (4,633.7 m<sup>\u00b2<\/sup>), a summer house, non-residential premises, water intake and landslide prevention structures, as well as land plots.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1109\" data-start=\"799\">It is known that Rad-Ev is headed by Viktor Medvedchuk\u2019s 21-year-old daughter, Daria, who is the goddaughter of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. In 2025, she received Russian citizenship. The company\u2019s founder is listed as Renaissance JSC, which, according to Medvedchuk\u2019s declaration, belongs to his wife, Oksana Marchenko.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1498\" data-start=\"1111\">According to cadastral data, this refers to the estate of Nestor Shufrich\u2019s family on the Black Sea coast in Simeiz. It was previously reported that in 2013, the unfinished villa, along with the land, was purchased by the company \u201cAuto Business Group,\u201d linked to the Shufrich family, from the company \u201cSport-Tour,\u201d which belonged to the Medvedchuk family. In 2019, the property was transferred from the Shufrich family\u2019s Ukrainian company to a Russian one\u2014\u201cEstate Holding Group.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1498\" data-start=\"1111\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zaxid.net\/resources\/photos\/news\/202604\/1633854_3137500.jpg?20260401090212\" target=\"_blank\"><span>Locations of Shufrich and Medvedchuk\u2019s estates in occupied Crimea until 2023 (Radio Liberty)<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zaxid.net\/resources\/photos\/news\/202604\/1633854_3137500.jpg?20260401090212\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p data-end=\"1643\" data-start=\"1500\">At the same time, according to Russian registries, as of 2023, this property no longer belongs to a company linked to Shufrich but is registered to \u201cRad-Ev.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1643\" data-start=\"1500\">Journalists reached out to the MP, who has been in pretrial detention for three years, through his aides to clarify the circumstances of the property transfer. The response stated that Shufrich \u201cis completely unaware of that court proceeding. From \u2018places not so far away,\u2019 it is generally difficult for him to keep track of anything. Especially since he has had no ties to Crimea for a very long time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1643\" data-start=\"1500\">According to the Russian Federation\u2019s register of legal entities, the owners of \u201cEstate Holding Group\u201d are currently Viktor Sydoruk, a former aide to Shufrich, and the Ukrainian LLC \u201cAuto Business Group,\u201d which belongs to the father of People\u2019s Deputy Ivan Shufrich.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1643\" data-start=\"1500\">It was previously reported that Daria Medvedchuk owns an estate with an area of over 2,000 m\u00b2 in the elite Rublyovka settlement near Moscow.
