Shufrich’s company is suing the Medvedchuk family over an estate in annexed Crimea – investigation – ZAXID.NET

The Shufrich family’s unfinished estate in Crimea, which was allegedly seized by the Medvedchuk family

The Russian company “Estate Holding Group,” linked to the inner circle of People’s Deputy Nestor Shufrich, who is suspected of treason, has appealed to a Russian-controlled court in annexed Crimea demanding the return of real estate in Yalta, which was allegedly illegally seized by the firm “Rad-Ev” from the orbit of former MP and traitor Viktor Medvedchuk. This is detailed in a joint investigation by “Slidstvo.Info” and KibOrg.

According to the materials of the hearing of the so-called Arbitration Court of Crimea on February 2, 2026, Estate Holding Group is demanding the return of a number of properties in the village of Simeiz (Yalta) with a total area of over 20,000 , which are currently owned by Rad-Ev. Specifically, this includes an unfinished building (4,633.7 m²), a summer house, non-residential premises, water intake and landslide prevention structures, as well as land plots.

It is known that Rad-Ev is headed by Viktor Medvedchuk’s 21-year-old daughter, Daria, who is the goddaughter of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. In 2025, she received Russian citizenship. The company’s founder is listed as Renaissance JSC, which, according to Medvedchuk’s declaration, belongs to his wife, Oksana Marchenko.

According to cadastral data, this refers to the estate of Nestor Shufrich’s family on the Black Sea coast in Simeiz. It was previously reported that in 2013, the unfinished villa, along with the land, was purchased by the company “Auto Business Group,” linked to the Shufrich family, from the company “Sport-Tour,” which belonged to the Medvedchuk family. In 2019, the property was transferred from the Shufrich family’s Ukrainian company to a Russian one—“Estate Holding Group.”

At the same time, according to Russian registries, as of 2023, this property no longer belongs to a company linked to Shufrich but is registered to “Rad-Ev.”

Journalists reached out to the MP, who has been in pretrial detention for three years, through his aides to clarify the circumstances of the property transfer. The response stated that Shufrich “is completely unaware of that court proceeding. From ‘places not so far away,’ it is generally difficult for him to keep track of anything. Especially since he has had no ties to Crimea for a very long time.”

According to the Russian Federation’s register of legal entities, the owners of “Estate Holding Group” are currently Viktor Sydoruk, a former aide to Shufrich, and the Ukrainian LLC “Auto Business Group,” which belongs to the father of People’s Deputy Ivan Shufrich.

It was previously reported that Daria Medvedchuk owns an estate with an area of over 2,000 m² in the elite Rublyovka settlement near Moscow. The estate is being offered for long-term lease for over 9 million rubles per month (approximately $120,000 or over 5 million UAH).
